High set cheekbones
Decent eye area (falios that are easily fixable with one or two surgeries or no big falios are ideal)
And the most important one.
A good skull.
If you have these it's very easy to ascend with a few surgeries, if you don't already look decent. Most likely your falios would have to do with some sort of forward growth and or nose falios.
