Don't buy cheap shit from ASOS and other similar sites, it's not worth it because of how quickly the shitty material breaks down. Just buy basic higher quality clothes on sale from brands like Levi's, Tommy Hilfiger etc. that you can wear with a lot of outfits. For plain clothes with no branding that have decent quality go for GAP and River Island IMO, good prices for basic shit you can wear every day.

It's not a site, but if you want really cheap good quality clothes, then go to thrift shop on delivery day. Depends on your location and the shop, but in mine i can get easily good brand minimal worn clothes.
