If you arent willing to pin and are careful about your oxytocin lvls i dont see a better natty stack
I have researched sleep alot as i from a really young age i couldn't sleep
this was also made using uni research grade tier of Gemini for the research purposes and i have also run ti through other models to fact check it
i have really indulged to find a good stack, cause if i were to be discovered pinning they would disown me

Without further ado:
beware of the dosages...they are made for me as i have a really bad sleep and prolly gotta fix my apnea too, so maybe juice down if you just starting out.
BEWARE OF THE DOSAGES AGAIN, THE AI MIGHT HAVE MADE SOME MISTAKES IN THEM
I am too tired to post about what each one of these does, just ask gemini
I am open to getting corrected if this is garbage.

5.2 Protocol Rules
- The Fasting Window: You must not eat for at least 2-3 hours before Wave 1. If insulin is elevated, the GH response to Arginine/Lysine is blunted.
- Wave Separation: Allow 45 minutes between Wave 1 (Stimulatory Secretagogues) and Wave 2 (Sedatives) to allow gastric clearance and minimize transporter competition.
- Cycling:
- Mucuna Pruriens: Cycle 4 days on, 3 days off to protect dopamine sensitivity.
- Ashwagandha: Cycle 8 weeks on, 2 weeks off to prevent potential anhedonia or receptor desensitization.

Exploring perceptions of low risk behaviour and drivers to test for HIV among South African youth
Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) prevalence among South African youth is high, yet HIV testing remains suboptimal. We explored how perceptions of HIV risk and behaviours informed decisions to test for HIV. This study was conducted from April 2018 to March 2019 in Ekurhuleni district, Gauteng...

Effect of modification of the beta-hairpin and long loops simultaneously in both alpha- and beta-subunits on the function of human choriogonadotropin: part II - PubMed
According to the X-ray diffraction, human choriogonadotropin has four beta-hairpin and two long loops, equally distributed in each of the alpha and beta subunits. Radical mutations such as the replacement of alpha 18Phe and alpha 74Phe with Thr in the alpha1 and alpha3 loops respectively and the...

Criticality in Vibrated Frictional Flows at a Finite Strain Rate - PubMed
We evidence critical fluctuations in the strain rate of granular flows that are weakly vibrated. Strikingly, the critical point arises at finite values of the mean strain rate and vibration strength, far from the yielding critical point at a zero flow rate. We show that the global rheology, as...

Effective activation alleviates the replication block of CCR5-tropic HIV-1 in chimpanzee CD4+ lymphocytes - PubMed
Human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) originated in chimpanzees; yet, several previous studies have shown that primary HIV-1 isolates replicate poorly in chimpanzee CD4+ T lymphocytes in vitro and in vivo. The reasons for this apparent restriction are not understood. Here, we describe a...
