To put it into perspective, anything over 200 is considered high (if you did eat something at least 8 hours before taking the test). He hadn't even eaten anything too crazy before being examined, he woke up went to the hospital had his glycemic index measured (clueless) and found out. The guy didn't even feel a thing that indicated his blood tasted like maple syrup. I don't know how that is possible.
