as far as i remember he didnt look like he wears hair system

You might have surgery bias. Here when you say that you had xxx surgery on your face and post your photo people subconsciously think that the procedures you had done are obvious even for untrained eyes and sometimes they label the results as uncanny just because the user told that he had surgery but if you dont tell them that you had surgery on your face they would never ever know that you had surgery.
