If your diet, sleep schedule is shit, you're very stressed, you don't exercise or you use too much gel on your hair, then there is the possibility those hairs might not grow back. However, if you treat your body right, and none of the aforementioned things apply to you, it's highly unlikely you're gonna go bald at 18. The hairs will likely grow back even if your dad is bald. Because most normal males who arent stressed, anxious, unhealthy etc. tend to only to show signs of recession once they reach their mid 30s - mid 40s.
