I used this guide when I was 14.5 years old.
The guide was based on doing 250 vertical jumps, then I combined it with another guide of stretching + hanging from the bar for 1 or 2m.
The 250 jumps that I did at the moment of impact I did it hard, I think that doing 250 vertical jumps without stopping and with a strong impact can be considered a HIT exercise (high intensity) every time I tried to reach the 250 jumps I could not, I had to stop for a moment and then continue because I was very agitated, I did the jumps every day as well as the stretching without failing, I did the stretching in the morning and at night, I ate a carrot after doing the jumps and then I made a rare mixture with water of a product that is to make a drink called TAPIOKA this product has vitamins I think that helped me.
I guess that doing 250 vertical jumps with hard impact generates microfractures and I think that thanks to that I grew 3cm, actually I grew 4cm but 1cm was thanks to the stretching. I will start again to do this routine because I want to grow more, since I stopped doing it I have not grown, before doing this routine I was the same as my father and now I surpassed him because of those cm gained.
