A healthy male is generally metabolically healthy as well as having good bones. If you think of an attractive person you think of leanness and low bodyfat. If you have messed up organs etc. you're going to be super bloated constantly given your body cannot burn off the carbohydrates you are consuming.

This is Tom Welling right now in his mid 40's, pretty bloated given his body can no longer burn off all the carbs, sugar and alcohol hes consuming. Its mostly only healthy people who are young who can consume all that without accumulating bodyfat and water retention.

Here he is when young, while yes he has good bones his apperance is due to being able to process carbs etc. well which is a sign of good organ function. As we get older and our liver/kidneys have taken a few beatings from alcohol and sugar we start to bloat. Of course if you're bloated and young then thats a bad sign, it can be caused by bad bones but usually unless you're severly recessed (save up for surgery asap) you need to see if its insulin resistance. A ketogenic diet will keep you looking youthful for longer (got to perserve that precious psl) and will also stop you potentially getting diabetes (which would suck).



You can watch this video for some guidance. You will need to eat most of your calories from fat, so think butter, cream, egg yolks, olive oil, avacado etc. etc. then limit protein (too much will increase mtor and age you and may kick you out of ketosis, but consume a reasonable amount like 1g per pound of bodyweight maximum), then perhaps some vegetables with it maybe even half your plate with olive oil / butter.

If you don't tolerate plants then try the carnivore diet (make sure you get enough fat or add lots of butter), however if it doesn't work for you just go back to adding in vegetables. We are not trying to achieve perfection here, our main goal is to get into ketosis so we can increase precious psl.

Also do what makes sense in any given moment, don't just listen to anyone on the internet rather listen to yourself.

When I eat a ketogenic diet girls are attracted to me and I can be in male friend groups, however when I eat carbs I bloat so hard that I'm excluded from society. My case is severe, but in theory if you are bloated or insulin resistant its a garunteed 1+ psl.

Its worth a try, but I reccomend you don't go carnivore to begin with given thats extreme. Just ease into eating some vegetables (non starchy) with a steak, and have plenty of butter/olive oil with it. You could even start with just consuming 1 meal a day and build up from there. Try to eat organic but don't be afraid of the odd coke zero or low carb coffee when starting out, our objective here is psl not perfect health (unless you want to persue that), however chasing it can cause you stress.
