A lot of users here plan on becoming chad and getting surgery and shit..... but they don't do it. My guess would be potential fear of "not being enough".

Main problem is the cost tbh. Just get a bunch of loans that will set you back in life for years to get from 3 to 3,5-4 PSL theory. Only a small fraction of people here can go from 4 to 6 PSL like Amnesia with under 30k investment. Most won't become slayers even with 100k cause some things just can't be fixed even surgically.
