Men age better genetically, and biologically, but if you do some of the right things and take care of yo self or is a “ late bloomer” you can look better as far as bigger frame, more muscle, better bone structure,etc but in these modern times the average 30-40 year old man has 200-300ng/dl fat, balding, cuck, and it will get worst, but for women they cope with saying “ life is just starting for me!!!” And be 33 hit the wall extremely hard and think they are still a 7 or whatever , 95% of women look better at 17 than they do at 30 and that’s a FACT, unless they become rich and got all types of plastic surgery from the best surgeon there is like Kim kardashian.
