plus i think you are confusing body fat percentage with being fat, men and women have different percentage set points :y'all:

women have higher bodyfat% no matter what
women could be on average more overweight, still doesnt mean that people suffering from EDs arent majority female

I think women are fatter on average (equal is them carrying about 7% higher bodyfat than men) its just because of estrogen they usually don't get face fat/belly as bad as men do unless they are well over 7% more bodyfat than the guy that has a chubby face and fat belly. They are lucky in that way though that belly fat seems to come after them in their older ages.

I bet you would be surprised how many of the females were carrying 7%+ more bodyfat than some of the chubby face guys. Its a huge advantage to women at younger ages to store fat mostly in their butts and legs.

Bear mode sucks, I did it when I bulked for some months non-stop.
Being lean with mucles is everything, I am significantly weaker but I look much better.
