What do I mean by "pragmatic"? First I personally think some principles of the Blackpill are true, for example that looks are 80% of your success in the dating scene and it's the number one factor when it comes to attraction. But what I don't agree with is the fatalistic aspect of the Blackpill. I believe that it's possible to looksmax to human looks or at least looksmax to the point where a girl could fuck you without throwing up. So it's not over unless you are a real truecel who suffers from a genetic illness or is generally deformed. However those truecels are absolutely rare and I absolutely think that they should get special welfare support and recognition.
Now there is one point of the Blackpill that imo contributed the most to the expansion of the incel community: the 80/20 rule. If you tell some introverted average looking normies that hypergamy is going through the roof and average looks are not enough anymore what do you think their reaction is going to be? Obviously desperation and confusion and then joining the incel community as a way of coping. Now this is huge and crucial. I think this is the crux of the entire Blackpill. Because deep down everyone knows that being ugly is a huge failo if not a death sentence but who would have thought that being average, a perfectly normal looking guy is a failo? For greycels this is a shocker, after all majority of population is average , so you would expect them to date each other and everything is fine. But on the other hand, the entire concept behind hypergamy sounds pretty logical: Girls are the selectors , so actually in theory nothing is stopping them from only going for the top tier men. Soon the greycel recognizes that the Blackpill is not as absurd as he thought it was.
This is where an important question arises that possibly every incel had once in his life: Are normies just as fucked as he is? Incels have different schools of thought. Some incels say they are a cursed minority while everyone else is having the time of his life. Others cite the sub8 law and the 99/1 supposition, which states that it is in females' nature to be genuinely attracted only to the top 1% of guys or the 8/10+ guys.
However if this was true or if the dating situation was heading in that direction there's no doubt that this would result in a societal collapse due to men giving up, roping, protesting, becoming more and more hateful, etc.
So, that's the exit out of inceldom. It's not over and your destiny is not written in your DNA. Because if hypergamy was so harsh that being a normie looking guy is not enough the situation would quickly escalate into some kind of beta uprising. And if being normie looking is enough than everyone has a chance either by looksmaxing or NTmaxxing. That's the pragmatic approach I was talking about.
