how long does it take to get "addicted" to it, or at least turn it into a habit

About 2 weeks. Now I feel uncomfortable during rest days. I need an outlet for my rage. Something to keep me from diving off the deep end doing something drastic.

It's probably individual, for me it takes longer time to make a habit, but I'm very prone to follow repeatable routines, so things like visiting gym seem "normal" and skipping it due to some reasons feels uncomfortable.
