If they are mature they will understand that you, like everyone else, have a few insecurities and would like to do something about them and they will fully support you in your decision but we don't live in an ideal world and people are judgmental so the next best thing to do is tell them you had your wisdom teeth taken out. They don't understand that you can achieve way better results with less pain and effort by simply revising the same stuff for multiple times for a shorter time

In case you undergo rhinoplasty it's hard to hide the fact you had plastic surgery, but it is still posibble.
Many people after getting nosejob say assert they needed a functional surgery (septoplasty or nasal concha) and the surgeon performed a small cosmetic improvement while he was at it.

If you get eye surgery, you may come come up to people with new glasses so people will not put their attention at your bloated eyes or new canthal tilt.

In th3e case of jaw syurgeries one may just grow his facial hair to hide the result for some months until people get used slowly to his new looks.

Result of ear surgeries may be hidden temporarily with longer hair and finally for the case of hair transplat you may just say you took vitamines and hair grew back again
