bro, im trying to ascend, i already got bimax and increased my irl smv like 1 point (from 4/10 to like 5/10). im saving up money for more surgeries and to ascend even more, but im worried that all my friends and family will think im a weirdo and freak if i do all the operations. bimax was a special case , cause i actually needed bimax for health reaasons (sleep apnea), so i wasnt ashamed showing up with my new face, but what will they think if i suddenly have a new nose or eyes? i cant give a medical excuse in this case, should i just dont care what they think even if they make fun of me? what if rumours spread about u and then everyone at school/social circle/hometown/ university knows you are a fraud and treats you differently? or should you just ghost everyone you know and move to a new town/country and change your identity? im ashamed of my former subhuman face but at the same time i hate lying. really need your guyses advice :p

The best thing to do is tell them the truth. If they are mature they will understand that you, like everyone else, have a few insecurities and would like to do something about them and they will fully support you in your decision but we don't live in an ideal world and people are judgmental so the next best thing to do is tell them you had your wisdom teeth taken out. Or tell them or you had to get gum surgery because doctors told you, you have gum disease. Something along those lines. Give them a functional reason

You totally undererstimate the effectiveness of the argumentum ad nauseam. It means that theoretically no matter how insane something is, if you repeat it again and again, people will eventually gradually start believing you.

The strategy is relatively simple, for a surgery there could be various reasons and justifications (from medical to purely aesthetic). You don't know which one works best with your parents so you just try different ones and see which one is most effective.

In a next step it's important to pack your core argument into a narrative, a history. People love stories so you gotta tell them stories.

For example, my parents declared me insane the first time I even mentionned a genioplasty. Now they support me getting jaw angle implants. I did so by packing the justification (aesthetic motive) into a narrative: I told them how brutally I got bullied for my looks, how that affected my teens and how it shaped my personality over the years in a way that I dislike.

The first time they heard that they didn't really believe me. But here comes the importance of repetition, of the argumentum ad nauseam; I repeated that story over and over again for 1.5 years and now they believe me and support me in it.

Its the same with studying btw. I see idiots at university trying to revise by understanding and memorizing everything on the first try. They don't understand that you can achieve way better results with less pain and effort by simply revising the same stuff for multiple times for a shorter time

i guess for you its not a problem getting a new face since you have no friends and barely anyone remembers you or thinks of you, so you can just start a new life after your surgeries. being a friendless loner virgin actually works in favour for you in this scenario.

I have 3 friends whom I know since kindergarten I see them almost weekly.

I'll tell them it was medically necessary they wont give a shit. One of the 3 is a blackpiller himself so I can tell him the truth

In case you undergo rhinoplasty it's hard to hide the fact you had plastic surgery, but it is still posibble.
Many people after getting nosejob say assert they needed a functional surgery (septoplasty or nasal concha) and the surgeon performed a small cosmetic improvement while he was at it.

If you get eye surgery, you may come come up to people with new glasses so people will not put their attention at your bloated eyes or new canthal tilt.

In th3e case of jaw syurgeries one may just grow his facial hair to hide the result for some months until people get used slowly to his new looks.

Result of ear surgeries may be hidden temporarily with longer hair and finally for the case of hair transplat you may just say you took vitamines and hair grew back again

Say the bimax had a complication and caused a breathing problem so you needed to fix the nose. For the eyes, don't say anything. If so many things change at once, you don't have to point everything out. They will attribute all changes to the previous reasons.

Yes, this is the legit move for jaw and eye surgeries, most other things you can larp as being weightloss or working out/diet
