DISCLAIMER: this is the most effective against women with some kind of trauma. playing with other feelings may come up problems later on with your conscience, you are essentially destroying peoples view on love, whatever damage you cause with this is on you, and you only. so be aware. also karma has a way of catching up with you, and you destroy your perception of love in the long term, pair bonding is a term used on women but can also be applied to men. so the more unpure you make yourself the more trauma you will have later on, for instance not being able to trust women etc

1. the first thing you do is get in contact with the victim, so you DM her, approach her irl whatever. and this is important: from the start make you sure that you constantly shower her with attention/compliments/gifts whatever. you are essentially doing opposite of what these redpill cucks are saying. ALSO you have to reassure her, because in the beginning you may seem ''too good to be true''(their words btw) but you just keep on doing what you did, when she asks shit like this ''You don't mean it'', keep pushing to the idea that she is the first woman to make you feel like this. DO NOT keep your intentions clear! so once you do this step its time to go further.

2. at this point, you have probably gotten past her defenses, but not 100 %, so what you want to do now is this: you essentially create false realities, this is incredibly powerful when dealing with women. so for instance you say shit like this: ''I have this amazing place I want to go to, but I'm a bit busy right now, but I promise you we'll do it later''. So like you say to her we are going to an expensive restaurant or a trip somewhere, but you don't follow up on that shit. when the time comes you just say ''I can't right now things came up'' shit like that. You also say stuff like: I was thinking about us, and I talked to my friends about us, everyone says we look really great together. You promote the IDEA of ''us'', women love that shit.

3. now after everything you've done, at this point these things to happen: You have hooked up with her multiple times(also you have to be a good at sex), and the tables have turned. so from the start she was on her toes, not trusting you etc etc, but now its the other way around. She's madly in love with you. NOTE: this step may take some time, but a couple of months generally or even faster if she is truly trauma damaged. You will find she is getting annoying and expects you to take her out and shit.

4. Now you have 2 options: you either end things here OR you keep doing this theater. However if you wish to keep going, here is what you have to do: All of your past attention, the gifts, the compliments etc have to either stop or get decreased by a lot. You have to push back, talk to her less, don't compliment her as often. Now she will start chasing you, and when you feel she is pulling back(all women do this) you just restart the cycle again:

5. you now have a girl that you can play with forever if you did everything correctly. but like I said in the beginning, you are destroying peoples mind. this may catch up to you! you may even have female stalkers now if you fuck with the crazy ones.
