you should first look into the possible hairloss side-effects

no, unfortunately not
b5 looked really promising, but it can cause hair loss, and the mechanism is unknown, so it's not possible to know if you are at risk or not

rn I started using tazarotene again, and I'm going to experiment with topical anti androgens
I think that acne can be solved to a great extent by fixing the gut, and then addressing the hormonal part by taking DUT or/and using a topical anti androgen like RU58841, or clascosterone (this one is even certified against hormonal acne, product is called winlevi, however there are many reports of it losing effectivness after half a year, and RU in general is a more potent anti androgen)

I think that by doing these three things (fixing diet/gut, fixing the androgen issue, and then using tret/taz or just doing skincare in general) one can get good skin

now nothing, but I used to do short contact (aka just leaving it on for 10 - 20 min and then washing off) with benzodyl peroxide 10%

one thing that is important is being consistent & patient - if you start taz/tret now, the results will only reveal themselves few months from now on... so if you make the very common mistake of changing your routine too frequently, then you won't even know what works

i've dropped all other skincare, in order to isolate the results of taz, this way I know how much taz is actually doing
