Is by analyzing yourself in candids. Put aside your cherry-picked, angle frauded, filter, and perfect lighting. What you truly look like is when you are being filmed or having your photo taken without your knowing. At the very least you should look reasonably good in even un-ideal lighting and angles. Frauding is cope and wishful thinking. Anyone could look good if you take enough pictures. Here's Chico in less than perfect settings. How do you measure up?
