I thank everyone whos insults and praise aswell has improved me and indirectly or directly guided me towards success in some way. I thank everyone who posted valuable information and or helped me over the time of using this site.
and I have to say. fuck you to staying on this site. this is my last post. And I have to say its best if you leave too. unless this site changes .

I retcon them now.
suplements are toxic.
sv3rige and aajonus vonderplanitz are more correct than frank tufano.
and think for yourself.
