Yeah, honestly i stopped because my gums started receeding from nicotine pouches and my breath was always smelling altough good oral hygiene.

About 2 years. I honestly don’t know why my body reacted like that. Might be because the pouches i was using were pretty strong (16mg-30mg). Idk if that makes a difference tho.

My boy uses pouches but when he switches it up to the strong Swedish shit his gums bleed

But normal zyns are fine for him
