What if you live in north Europe where blue eyes are common?
even if u lived in north europe, none of them have a10s

as @greycel said, darker coloring with a10s, you would be unmoggable

So dark features + blue eyes

Do you think it would be important if most people around you already have blue eyes?
Pink Undertones + Pale Skin + Perfect shade Deep Blue Eyes + Black Hair

As for your question, if most people around you have blue eyes, you'd benefit from having darker. It's all about rarity, in whatever direction is seen as positive. Eye colour doesn't have an objective positive.
It's more rarity only.

You might be right

I live in north Europe, and I plan to get laser in the future so just asking up front for the best option

I see your point, but my eyes are dark and I live in Germany, so both blue and dark brown eyes are common

Which is why I was wondering about Heterochromia

But I think dark coloring with blue eyes mogs

Anything rare.

If blue eyes are common, and so are brown eyes.. then Green eyes or Grey eyes are ideal. You get what I'm saying. It's all relative to the people around you

Colouring is harder to change inc undertones/bleaching hair.. it just becomes long. Worth to look at eye colour solely

Well I already have dark coloring but the only thing I would change are my eyes

But I don't plan on staying here anyway, so blue eyes are probably better option in general

I don't think you can get A10s with laser? It's completely random what's underneath.

having two different eye colours look subhuman

Well not blue per say, more like cold gray color but of course it depends on how many sessions you do and how dark your eyes are

Heterochromia is EXTREMELY noticable irl, it can halo someone gl into oblivion.

Noticable yes, but I'm not sure how good it looks if one of the eyes is brown
