I’m not big on the carb stuff. I also cannot digest cheese. No, it doesn’t matter if the cheese is raw or unsalted, as I have even made cheese myself from raw milk and it did not help.

I am mixed race, but genetically 60%+ european. It's not the lactose that gives me issues(since cheese, butter, etc are more or less devoid of lactose contrary to what people say), but rather the casein which I cannot digest.
