you could get away with 1mg today tbh. the first time i ever did it i started with 500 mcg and it didnt do much to me with no prior glp experience. specific to the individual obviously but 250 mcg is pretty low

It’s all dependent on u ngl I could still eat kinda with 2 but there’s horror stories on Reddit with 1
