Does the steven reeves shrugs even work or is that just fully cope bullshit, let me know if you have tried it and seen improvements ?

Its cope u retard u cant just grow ur skeletal frame by lifting

Just train shoulders and back normally
it stretches the clavicular bone that grows until 25

also it trains the muscles directly that makes the illusion of wide frame
 
Any muscle growth is the only thing gained

U cant just put on clavicle bonemass by doing an exercise hows that even make sense
Training won’t lengthen the clavicle, but by improving posture and strengthening certain muscles, your upper body will look wider and more open.

And this excercise is perfect for that .

Youd have a better chance at the miracle of growing clavicle bone through lifting weights by doing hercules hold

Yeah its just a glorified stretch theres a lot of posture stretches u can do and a lot of ways to strengthen muscles

our brains are devolving ppl acc think doing basically a wider grip deadlift will put on bonemass
