Double jaw surgery at your level is wild. Anyhow, I think obtaining an ogee curve is all you need. What BF% are you?

It would be more for structural issues causing severe tmj. The doctor I saw said I might need a year of Invisalign and then djs due to a tilt in my maxilla and jaw, the Invisalign alone might be enough.

The only real things I did was lose weight, minoxidil, skincare and getting better color.

There's a BOTB guide for nasal wideness. Pretty sure it's temporary tho

Also, what Bf% are you? Getting an ogee curve would compensate for your nose.

I’m probably 15-16%, currently cutting though. I have a decent curve in optimal lighting so it should look good soon with more weight loss

It's completely fine. Nothing wrong with not having a totally perfect nose (which is subjective), and yours is not even close to ugly.
