About to reach 1 month progress in the gym, just started to trying to make my diet as optimal as possible. Any tips?

Start slower, its better to do something which isn't optimal but works for 2 years than do something super optimal for 2 weeks, stop because its way too hard and in two years time you've done nothing

But pastured raised eggs and goats milk are both really good
 
Don’t overtrain and don’t make up shitty gym schedules that you will not follow just eat clean rest well hit the gym good and be consistent if that doesn’t work just kill yourself and blame your genetics

Yeah im trying to maximise recovery as much as possible and just get good rest in
