2025 is my year, got 2 chest strains this month, first one was from a 100kg shoulder press, got that hoe for 3 reps then I got a horrible pain in my clavicular head which healed quickly but then I thought I learnt my lesson and switched to incline bench to train front delts more and incline gave me a more horrible strain, it hurts with 40kg on bench and I can see a slight difference in my chests when posing, both strains happened in my right chest, first one was probably not even a grade 1 but this one is probably mid ish grade 1 so like 1.5

My bench went from 140kg to rn 120 before my current injury, FUCKING BRUTAL, my goals for this cycle was 200kg bench but now I’ll lower it to 180kg cuz it’s more doable.

For those doubting, I am a hyper responder imo, I wasn’t even trying last cycle and gained 60 kg on my bench with pussy dosages, my lat pull-down has already increased by 10kg with more reps and I’m 1 week into cycle, my tricep pushdown increased 50lbs, bicep curl 5kg each arm so 10kg and blah blah blah

I’m gonna be doing 500mcg bpc 157 in my right delt everyday for a week then freeze my bpc and come back to it incase I need it.

Gonna add stretches to my routine cuz I think it was cuz my chest was tight, over for tight muscle cells

u need more recovery / increase collagen synthesis
