what are my failos, i have ideal facial thirds, chin to filturm, fwhr, midface ratio, esp, bigonial/bizygogmatic, 90% highset cheekbones but still look mtn.



so far:
- eye bags
- horrid nose (symmetry and tip)
- flat midface

anything obvious other than that?

it could def help but not only are your eyes objectively asym so is your whole face, the only single feature i can see that is sym is your supra placement

usually i say sym is cope but this is quite a big deal

Not bad. Your jaw is lacking. Its looks bloated + Your picture qualtiy also look bad. You dont have recessed maxilla or recessed jaw.

His overall forward growth seems small to me. Look at the distance from ear to nose for example

Yes he has some orbital dystopia, no one will even notice it irl, nor does it affect his facial aesthetics enough to matter much. It's not even near 0.25 psl lol, which is like the minimum or so to start thinking about failo approx

Whatever you think the asymmetry is/are it's just not a big deal for him.

Also cope harder positive orbital vector is good for side profile, gives anime character looking upper maxilla/under eye region

when i said this case its a big deal, when your whole face is asym looking at it for more than 2 seconds it becomes noticeable

otherwise focus on pheno/ratios

all in one surgery, to combat anesthesia drawbacks but generally its cope and its only function is to save both time & recovery duration

The only thing I can say is that I think the best way to get rid of this headache was with some sort of plastic surgery
