So, I have been taking a testosterone boosting Indian Ayurvedic medicine for a month. This drug is called “Speman” which has proven androgenic and anabolic efficacy (link at the end). (IT ALSO CONTAINS YOUR FAVORITE ASHWAGANDHA AND TRIBULUS BTW). Full ingredient list below. There is also an almost identical version called Cofnido.
My shoulder circumference increased by 0.5 cm (0,2 in) (in one month!!!).
(I wrapped a measuring tape around my shoulders to get the result to the nearest millimeter, i.e. I did not use the usual frame measurement method).
it's important to note: I'm in puberty.
A chart from a scientific study showing testosterone levels (mg/dl) before and after taking Speman (link to the study at the bottom).
(27% increase in testosterone)
In addition to my shoulders, I developed a great libido, my strength numbers grew at an unprecedented rate, and I had a good mood, motivation, and energy throughout the program.
ТHE MOST INTERESTING PART:
Today while researching scientific studies about the Speman's ingredients, I discovered that it contains an ingredient such as Svarnavanga (or Suvarnavang). As it turns out, it is tin-based with mercury (about 2:1 ratio) (who doesn't know, many Ayurvedic medicines contain heavy metals, so be careful). This fact made me stop taking Speman despite its positive effects. However, there is a study proving that Swarnavanga has no toxic effects when used in therapeutic doses (link below).
What do you think?

Proof that Swarnavanga is harmless (but the study dates back to 1985):

Another study (but it's in Russian) found a 27% increase in testosterone while taking Speman:
