The Job market is just like the dating market

7 PSL = Oxbridge/Stanford, Harvard Equivalents Graduate with a Stem Degree

By far the people with the highest value when entering the job market they basically take all the jobs worth getting

6 PSL = Oxbridge/Stanford, Harvard Equivalents Graduates with a liberal arts/Social Science degree

These are the people who get second choice in the job market but usually have relative ease securing a worth while white collar job

5 PSL = Stem degree at any reputable university one thats on QS world top 100 universities preferably top 50.

SUB 5 psl you don't exist in the job market you have to beg employers to hire you the same way sub htns have to jump through a million hoops to fuck Becky's.

I immediately gave up on studycelling at my current uni knowing it had little to no prestige.

Further conformation that you should go outside

I hope that this post is a joke this is one of the most retarded things I have read on this forum I can't imagine showing this post to a normal person. Complete irrational nonsense you have no source for anything you wrote which isn't even true, I can't even think of why you wrote this and posted it

Stop dooming. The only thing you're sacrificing to get good grades is time spent doing nothing else anyway.
I know personally multiple people that got good job offers from having an established LinkedIn profile, even when they went to universities that were objectively not the best.

This isn't just for the job market or dating market but literally anything in life man. People will take the best they can get, why would they not?
There are plenty of qualitative characteristics that a person can have which can land them a good job despite going to a bad/cheap university.
You're just self sabotaging by not working on the metrics that you can change right now; your grades.

I agree to some extent but I don’t find my current course or university enjoyable so I’m still going to drop out and re-apply elsewhere .

See if you can get credit for what you've done and transfer course.

I mean, you are not wrong, but at the same time you are too much of a doomer. If you want the big play, I would say go to community college for a few years, then transfer to a major uni for the final two. I would also suggest maxxing your social credit and getting an internship in the field. If you do those, you should be fine, just make sure to market yourself.

Oh, to add, never get private loans. If you do, get as small amount as possible. I fucked myself with debt for humanities, and I am suffering for it. Going to be playing catch up now. Unless my parents can bail me out somewhat.

Life is full of games that will have mostly loosers, and a few winners.

The less games you play, the greater chance you'll win any of them.

Ideally you want to only play one game, and let the win's of that game take care of all your needs: Love, Money, Sex, Entertainment, Security, and so on.

I have a friend whose story resembles this got into a top 5 school in the world and was a serious gymcel during his school years

Being jacked and at a top school as an 18 year old practically made his youtube and tiktok posts automatically go viral now he works for himself selling workout plans and study plans jfl

Exactly! No time wasting learning how to cook burgers, or apply for jobs, or write resumes, or do school, he doubles down on his strengths (Gymcel) and scales up.
