Having access to food is the main problem for most people especially myself im chubby because I have access to food yet you look at people currently in Iran and palestine are lean because there is no access. I was the leanest when I was off my face on my meds and playing games for at min 16 hrs a day in covid. IT ALWAYS ACCESS
