Did this for 3 years, they kept me on low dosage, and only perscribed so often, so I couldn't up the dosage. After 3 years the issue still isn't solved so I would like to up the dosage.

while using accutane you have to get blood tests done regularly anyway. So there is absolutely no point in being an edgy kid and dodging a dermatologist. Go to a good doctor and he will prescribe you accutane even for higher dosages. Stop creating a whole ass problems for the most shitty softmaxxing routines

You can get bloods done regularly without a derma. also dermas typically try to follow up the long stupid step by step process of all the topicals before isotret and even then they put you on low doses that don't even clear your acne. I'm not recommending people to dodge a derma, i'm just saying dermas are more often than not, complete idiots who don't care about your skin
