Do you know an accurate cal calc ?

Doesn’t exist.

Track everything and eat like normal for a week or 2. At the end of the week weigh yourself. Total the calories for the week and divide by 7. If you gained weight you will know that amount of calories a day is a surplus, or lose, deficit etc

Just always make sure to overestimate your calories a little tbh
