Accurately predicting height?

My whole life my height as always gone up slowly, without a large growth spurt instead each year I continue growing a little more and more without a sudden dramatic increase in height. I am currently a 15 year old sophomore so pretty young for my grade and I am 5’11, my dad is 6’3, and my mom is around 5’7 to 5’8 and her dad is 6’2. For a little more background info my freshman year at 14 in August of 2024 I was 5’7 and August of 2024 5’10.25 and now obviously 5’11, With these statistics is there a way to calculate how tall I could be by around age 18? I would appreciate feedback. #heightpill

I was predicted to be around 185cm (6'1), but Im actually 5'9. During puberty, I didnt sleep much, I was skinny because I often refused to eat proper meals (I never ate breakfast, and during school I usually skipped lunch), and I was doing a lot of physical activity every day.

Im pretty sure that to reach your predicted height, you need proper nutrition, enough micronutrients, adequate sleep, and overall good habits during puberty to support growth.

No I’m not stressing and I’m grateful for being an above average height for my age but I was just curious on if anyone could accurately predict my height.

Yea my nutrition is pretty good as well, I eat a little over 3k calories a day with 150-170 grams of protein, I don’t eat added sugars, nor processed junk like chips, I also consume more potassium than sodium so I feel like I’m doing the nutrition part correct and I get good physical activity with lifting Monday-Saturday with income cardio everyday.

I counter this with the fact my mom is 5’7 my dad is 6’0 and I turned almost 6’3 whilst eating 1000 calories a day consisting of one frozen pizza and an energy drink during puberty.

I put in all the correct info and I got an estimated height of 185.5 cm or a little over 6’1. So great, hope it’s accurate.

probably u will grow even more lol its not 100 percent correct if u end up 6 ,4 to 6,5 i wouldnt be surprised too

Prediction only based by your height at a specific age. I would state that a height calculator on a clearnet basic search engine is definitely really accurate in most cases. If you want a clear prediction, you will have to go to a doctor
