I had a 10 month izotek (isotretinoin accutane ) course,It cleared all my pimples,bacne,face & neck acne everything.7-8 months after not using accutane all the acnes came back.I went to dermatologist,She put me on Zineryt Solution,Dalacin T,Vitaminum PP200,Epiduo Forte treatment.Dermatologist didn’t even say why they came back and acted so demotivated.20-22 days on this current treatment and still no results.What the hell is going on,did I just waste 225 USD on this current treatment.I am hopeless and in so bad condition.Please help!

if you wanna gain weight then eat fruit and dairy
not gonna have that much effect on your skin but you will put fat much easier

Dermatologist name is Ewa Saniewska (Warsaw San Medica clinic).She is so fucking uninterested to patients she never talks and says „I don’t know” to everything.All she does is print a paper and get 300 zł and make you spend over 500 zł for pills and creams etc.

don't do rice, bulgur, none of that shit (you can easily google the anti-nutrient content)
e.g oxalates from rice bind to calcium from normal food and it prevents absorption


eat red meat, eggs, dairy, red fish and fruit to put on fat

My goal is to put on minimal fat so spreading the lean calorie surplus to 1-2 years is a better approach isn’t it?

hi thats not enough at all, that dose is nowhere near enough.



that means you got a total of 5600mg (20 * 28 * 10)


lets say you weigh 70kg, you need a total of between 8400mg and 10500 mg. (120-150mg/kg)
in resistant cases you go up to 220mg/kg which is 15400mg total.

So basically she gave you less than 50% of what you actually needed for it to work.

I would reccomend the following, go to another dermatologist or just order accutane yourself online:
since you have already had it before start at 40mg a day for 2 months,
then increase it up to 60mg (one 40mg tablet + one 20mg tablet) if the side effects are ok.
Continue this dose for 4 months.

If you follow this, then your total accutane dose will be 2240mg (from 40mg at 2 months) + 6720mg (from 60mg a day for 4 months) + 5600mg (your dose from before).

This will get you up to clearing the acne for good.

Continue the dose until you have no acne for one month as well.

This protocoll cures acne for life in around 95% of patients. The other 4% need another cycle of accutane(at the higher 220mg/kg dose). Almost everyone is cured for life by this. Dont lose hope yet, and dont waste money on cope topicals.

I really don’t get doctors in this country Poland.Back in Azerbaijan if no chance dermatologists would offer laser procedures to remove them forever.But this bitch Ewa just does everything in her power to get paid that sweet 300 zl for one visit all the time

do whichever is cheaper.

taking 2x 20mg tablets is the same as one 40mg tablet
and 3x 20mg tablets is same as 40mg + 20mg to get to 60mg

no there is a lot of fearmongering about accutane.

you just need to do a blood test to make sure everything is ok but since you had it before it will be fine.

You need to get a "LFT" blood test every 2 months on accutane.

yes what she has done to you certainly sounds like it.
the dosage of accutane she gave you is not sufficient enough to clear acne properly.
thats known for ages and is present in many guidelines, research papers etc.

Yes ive heard this.
Mostly whenever the dermatologist gets more money if the patient returns they want to keep you coming back to them for more money.
And if they get a % cut of any creams they sell you as well.
In countries like the UK this dosent happen because the NHS wants you gone ASAP so they can spend less, so in the UK its more common for people to get MORE accutane then they need to make sure they dont come back
