Accutane advice

Whoever is on accutane pls use this it is actually the holy grail for when on accutane and ur dry and breakoutinh out I get closed comedones from litterly every product under the sun this does nothing but great for dry skin I use it 2x a day since its winter Iam not using sunscreen no cleanser no mosturzier just this product 2x a day filtered water and 80mg of accutane and lightly exfoliating 1-2x a day and my skin is becoming close to perfect

Oh yes I have heard about this product it was literally made for people on accutane, haven't tried it though, that's for your possitive feedback

La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Balm B5​

No sunscreen, no cleanser, no moisturizer is nuts. I use this product as well on accutane but only once a week when my skin gets super dry. Throughout the week I just use the avene cleanance moisturizer which keeps up pretty well with the dryness though im only on 40mg. This product is also instructed to use after your everyday moisturizer. May I ask why no other products?
