accutane and growth during puberty

I started an accutane at 15 years old for 7 months because of hard acne.
i heard a lot of time that this shit may stop growth, now i have a danger, that i doesnt growing because of this
should i do a X ray to define if my growth plates are closed or no?

I was 5.10 and I still am

Accutane's effect on growth plates is a complicated matter. The idea that it can cause early closure of growth plates is likely true, unfortunately. I have a friend who took it and stopped growing completely. However, you're only 15, so you may still be growing taller. What I would recommend is looking into anything that could help drop estrogen levels in your body to keep the growth plates open. Also, make sure to get that X-ray test done. Good luck!
