So the picture with my nose slimmer is a tiktok feature for nose slimming and thats the only i use in the pic. Does using hydrocortisone and accutane consistently can achieved this result? And is there any other point i can improve?

P. S: i also know i need to debloat as my diet is a bit fucked and i still have some cutting and calorie deficit i need to do before i reach true under 15% bf.

Yes it does, maybe not to that extent, but still worth going through with those softmaxxes

And is there any other point i can improve?
You already mentioned cutting and debloating which i would of also recommended. On top of this i would use latisse on lashes then curl them slightly after significant growth. Also try a new hairstyle, maybe a longer one

Do accutane and hydrocortisone sold expensively? And is the side effects worth it (is it entirely genetic too? )

Not expensive at all, and genetics do play a role - mainly for accutane.
This is because the way Accutane works is it downregulates the production of sebum oil, and not everyone stores the same amount of sebum oil in their noses, which leads to different results. Also some people's stomachs cant handle it, in that case i would just recommend topical tretinoin or hydrocortisone. :feelsautistic:

I heard people took both of em as to stops sebum production (accutane) and to reduce inflammation (hydrocortisone). Also are accutane strictly regulated in pharmacy and do i need to get a prescription or i can just ask for one? How about hydrocortisone too?

dude an hydrocortisone side effect is skin atrophy, which is EXACTLY what someone who wants to slim their nose is looking for. anyways if you don’t live with the smallest side effects you can buy the weaker ones (0.5% or evn 0.1%) which in most of the cases you dont even need a prescription for
