Accutane and Tretinoin

So i have 30mg accutane which ive been on for a month now, but i dont have acne and i also have 0.05% tret which i dont really use My question is should i start usuing the tret instead of the accutane my bones have been aching and lip bleeds a lil when i wake up but its gotten better my only problem is i have blackheads and pretty textured skin from the blackheads i also took accutane to shrink my nose. Now im just wondering will tret be better for me since i dont even have acne and will it really get rid of the blackheads and potentially have the same effect on the nose. -Side note my skin is strong and almost never gets dry to tret only accutane has even made me barely flake up-

yeah but i dont have acne i mostly just want like model tier skin which ik accutane does but thats if you really need it i have not a single pimple on my face only my back

I took accutane for the same reason as u . I think it’s better to finish 80% of your cumulative dose first n then start tret for 3 month , after that if u still got minimal flaws u could visit a clinic to do microneedling for 3 sessions
