Accutane antihistamine

Starting 40 mg accutane for 6 months. Using SPF 50, aquaphor, artificial tears, and fish oil. Would it be necessary to include an antihistamine and if so which one?

i take zinc and mag and omega3 also artificial tears and drink like 4l water day, im on 40mg
