Accutane at 17

I'm 17, growth plates still open, I have an acne problem I've been on tetralysal for 3 months now and it's better but still active, i came to conclusion it's not abt my diet (since i eat primal and no im not one of them niggas that thinks itll ascend them to chad its for gut health purposes only and tetra kills the bacteria causing acne in the gut) but about my shitty skin type that produces a shit ton of sebum and traps it. Should i maximize my growth as of now or should i take accutane, i don't know if what im saying is understandable but from what i heard accutane speeds up growth plate fusion and can destroy test lvls, i know its worth it and itll help me but should i take it now or wait till growth plates fuse and then take it while i stick to tetra for now. Grateful for any help bhais

they don't wanna prescribe me accutane, they said only tetra for now and those niggas lowered my dose by half and said they won't give me a new prescription if i wont take it like they want to because they saw last time i was taking to much because i came for another prescription too fast kms

Accutane does nothing to your height Accutane is definitely the best for getting rid of acne I had horrible acne 4 months ago and now it’s 99% cleared at 17 as well just get on it the side effects aren’t bad if your on a low dosage

Accutane is generally not suggested for below 18, tret is better its not that harsh. I generally use spf50, moisturisers from la roche posay along with tret from skinorac and it works
