Few months, the second half of the first month is so brutal. Burning lips, back pain, dry eyes, eczema on my hands. After it stabilises and basically all sides have gone

Dude its going to be worth it in the end. Tret was giving me basically the same side affects.

My derma prescribed me with these cope topicals (Tret) didn't help made my acne 2x worse.

Going on accutane to hopefully fix it all.

My dermatologist was prescribing me the same shitty limecycline for like a year before I went to a different one, told her what happened and she gave me accutane immediately

Thankfully I hardly had any flare which is so goated, maybe I just didn't notice because I was already constantly getting active acne

Is there a way to avoid side the effects? @PainfulProportions @Orbix

Or you just have to go through them?

Good results. What dose were you on? I'm starting out with 20mg but in a week or so I'll be increasing to 40mg. I'll try to convince my derm to up my dose later on because I want to be done asap, I couldn't give a shit about the side effects

Moisturising for eczema
Eye drops for dry eyes
Vaseline for lips
The only one where I didn't do anything for is the joint dryness/pain
