Standard dosage - 0.25 mg/kg/day up to 0.5, depending on severity, and there's virtually no risk... studies show no height loss.
I had this question before I started to and from what I remember, studies haven’t shown a statistically significant effect on final adult height with typical acne dosing.
Any higher and it could.

I was scared and took the lowest risk approach: 10–20 mg/day or < roughly 0.3 mg/kg/day.
Reports of growth plate closure at acne doses are very VERY VERY rare, and the risk is EXTREMELY theoretical.
