Then you likely don’t need it for 1 pimple lol, it dries off your face fucks with your hair. Accutane has great ROI but abusing any drugs is completely retarded, I won’t hop on fucking trt with a naturally 30+nmol/L T, would make no sense

I'd rather do a low dose for longer than a big dose for small time frame, maybe start with 10mg and if the improvements are not enough after a couple months go 20mg, maybe 30, although 20 are usually sufficient

Not the smartest move you should probably do tret or taz instead but if you wanna do it anyways standard dose is 0.5mg per kilo so low dose would be 1/3 or 1/4 of that. I took 40mg for 6 months but i looked like a fucking subhuman, my acne was so bad i went to the derm with hair thinning issues and she begged me to take accutane

I mean if your liver is fucked then yea even low dose is not suggested but my dermatologist made me take one at the third month and at the 6 month so i didnt even take one at start. I drank and everything on 40mg not super often but sometimes and my liver was fine so it’s not that bad as you think but in my country bloodwork is free so if it’s not expensive you should rather take one
