Accutane during puberty

My face looks like somebody dropped a napalm strike on it and I'm considering accutane. Obviously accutane doesn't work overnight and the only reason that I haven't started it yet is because of how it messes with hormones. I want to get as much out of puberty as possible of course. If I were to take a lil test or a sarm of some sort to enhance (or make up) my testosterone while on accutane, would that hinder the effects of accutane or not?

I was on accutane prescribed by a doctor and I didn’t notice anything with my hormones. I took 40mg 2x/day for a few months I can’t remember how long but my acne was probably like top 3 worst in my grade out of 100+ kids and it was virtually clear after. Stayed pretty clear for a few months more and starting to come back now. If you have any more questions about my experience you can dm if you want

yo go to a derm again the same thing happened to me and it came back worse than it had been, get ahead of it and go straight back on it - tret and benzo won’t work
