Accutane for Nose/Snatched Skin

I have clear skin with only a few acne marks and no active breakouts. Would it be worth starting Accutane just to shrink oil glands and get tighter skin to reduce the look of my bulbous nose? My face also gets oily and I sweat easily.

Not really icl. Theres a thread on here in botb about using hydrocortisone for your nose. If you want to use a retinoid just use topical tret or retinol at most. Even if you dont have acne now you'll be broken out for months on accutane.

OP can mitigate/negate the purge by starting on a low dose, with an antihistamine.

i tried that and accutane still fucked me. Im more prone to acne than OP tho tbf

The effect likely won't be permanent, you could just do a low perma-dose of 5-10mg/day.
