I have been on 2 months of 30mg
Now 3 months on 50mg
and will go on 3 months after that of 50mg
Yes my lips were dry and i had to apply vaseline/aquaphore like every 1-2 hours

Apart from that I had 0 side effects, i could easily smile without skin shedding

Apply a big amount of vaseline before u go to bed and do it when u wake up.
Take accutane with fat and youll be good

My liver got worse from it but maybe it was because of intense workouts other than that accutane was cool

I don’t concern myself with “bloodwork” if I feel good I’m happy, it’s notnlike I can even understand my bloodwork or willing to spent money on it. Also, if I want to get rid of acne, it’s notnlike I’m going to quit Accutane if something is bad in bloodwrok

I feel you I did my blood work after 6 months of using isotret i didn’t care about it but my Recovery got worse so I Had to hop off it

50mg is crazy ngl i take 20, lips are extremely dry and lip balm only working for 20 mins until it dries out again. Small purge is real

if something i was depressed before accutane and when my dermatologist said the word isotretinoin i almost exploded from excitement

Very true was on 60mg for like 5 months woulda went on it longer but my derm pulled me off because I had no acne left but probs should went a bit longer. No sides apart from 3 days of back pain in them 5 months and very dry lips.

Dont know about that to be honest. i had accutane done had zero side effects family member of mine got Cirrhosis from it. a guy i knew was one of the only ones in my country to get ear problems from it. it depends there are always side effects. another woman i knew had chronic dry red eyes because of it. its a gamble to be honest.
