Accutane help + advice

Currently 16 have mild to moderate acne and inflammation that just won't go away no matter using benzyl peroxide or anything
Currently taking mk677 20mg every day which has actually helped but not enough I will be continuing this for a few months
However now considering getting some accutane just as I want to fully clear my skin
Found source with 20mg capsules so would be doing 20 every day is this enough?
If I used a gentle cleanser lots of moisturiser took omega 3 which I alr do and a vit d would I be all good
Also is it fine to combo the mk plus accutane

If ur stable on the cycle keep going but idk abt mk
