I’m going to be starting isotretinoin 20mg in a couple days. I know ideally, I should get bloodwork but tbh I couldn’t be bothered to get it. Is it necessary to get bloodwork or would I be just fine without it.

The risks are gravely fearmongered, Youll be fine unless youve been running oral steroids and drinking everyday before and during treatment.

You don’t need it. At the most some mild liver support
