2 things completely healed my skin

1) getting a facial to remove all the acne, it was extremely painful though

2)eating animal based to maintain the results

He's kinda correct that just eating a normal diet is a much easier and safer way to accomplish the same thing. It's not normal to get acne it's a side effect of modern foods.
