I started at 20mg then moved to 40mg and accutane is genuinly one of the best things that has happened to me. Shrinked my big nose a lot, fuller lips, clear skin ofc, everytime I get a pimple it goes in 2 days max and my liver is completely healthy despite regular drinking. Only downside is that my faces turns really red when I drink alcohol. One of the best side effects that is that I got is red lips which improves my coloring by a lot. I wish I could 40mg for the rest of my life (Is it possible?)

No, accutane doesn't cause redness it clears it up after so long.

Only when I drink like a shot or chug alcohol quickly but it goes away after a 30 minutes or so, however, the redness can be very noticeable and i´ve gotten called out before. But the upsides of accutane completely mog the downsides

I never tracked progress so I can´t exactly tell you when it got significantly smaller but I did notice more changes after starting 40mg a day. Also I was fat before so its harder to know exactly when the effect got stronger but it 100% had impact on my nose

Before you started Accutane did you try any topicals or just go straight into Accutane? also how bad was your acne like severe or mediocre

I did use topicals before and kind of worked but not entirely and the process was lowk slow. My acne was noticeable but not terrible or extreme and most dermatologist would´ve kept me away from accutane but I guess I just got lucky with mine who gave it to me pretty quickly
